La Parka

(Not to be confused with L.A Park)

Born in 1966 he began by wrestling in AAA 1992. He is the second luchador with the name (La Parka), as he had other names prior adopting the name “La Parka jr.”. He later dropped the jr. Because the other wrestler with the name was not on television. He is a luchador more associated with the villains because of his wrestling tactics. He’s often recognized for slamming chairs on his opponents, which is also what influenced his look. His mask and outfit is suppose to represent “The day of the dead”.

He passed away do to injuries caused during one of his wrestling matches. CNN shared the news and AAA lucha libre showed tribute through a video, where fans, colleagues and even his nemesis talk about how he was an inspiring person.
